First, you and your significant other can expect your facilitator to understand the uniqueness of a first responder and the aspects of the job that impact your relationship.

You can expect to learn proven techniques for improving your interactions, including powerful communication and conflict management skills.

The workshop includes lectures, video, and exercises for couples to do privately. The activities are fun, insightful, and informative. Since this is not group therapy, there won’t be any sharing of personal problems. 

You will be provided with all the valuable materials needed for our time together and beyond.
